Our trainers are level 4 qualified in adults and children’s safeguarding with particular experience of leading safeguarding within Hospices.
Training
Level 1-3 safeguarding adults and children’s training available online or face to face. Designed to ensure your staff achieve competency as required by the intercollegiate documents.
We can also work with your organisation to include elements bespoke to you, such as tissue viability and safeguarding.
Policies and procedures
Bespoke policy and procedure writing available in all areas of safeguarding adults and children.
We can also review your existing policy and procedure architecture and advise on ensuring these are up to date and comprehensive.
Safeguarding audit
We can undertake comprehensive safeguarding adults and children’s audits for your organisation. We can also audit specific areas of practice, for example safeguarding and mortuary governance or Prevent audit.
Safeguarding consultancy
We offer a range of consultancy options, including reviewing training programmes to ensure they meet intercollegiate document guidance, thematic reviews, incident reviews, support and supervision for staff.
We are able to take on the role of designated safeguarding lead for your organisation if required, for example when there is unexpected staff absence or a need for additional support.
